Processing Time
All orders are processed within 1-3 business days. During peak seasons or promotional events, processing times may be longer. You will receive a notification once your order has shipped.
Shipping Rates & Delivery Estimates
Shipping rates are calculated at checkout based on your location and the weight of your items. We offer the following shipping options within New Zealand:
- Free Shipping: Available for orders over NZD 70 (domestic only).
- Standard Shipping: 3-5 business days.
- Express Shipping: Available for an additional fee. Delivery typically within 1-2 business days.
International Shipping
We also offer international shipping. Shipping rates and delivery times will vary based on the destination. Please note that customers are responsible for any customs duties or taxes incurred on international shipments.
Shipping Carriers
We use NZ Post, Courier Post for all deliveries. Tracking information will be provided once your order has shipped.
Delivery Issues
Please ensure all shipping information is entered correctly. We are not responsible for delays or lost items due to incorrect addresses. If your package is lost or damaged in transit, please contact us at hello@oshuncandles.co.nz, and we will assist you in resolving the issue with the carrier.
